Acceptance of Terms

By installing, configuring, or using MCP Google Multi-Account (@procedure-tech/mcp-google), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Description of the Service

MCP Google Multi-Account is a free, open-source MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that runs locally on your computer. It allows AI assistants to interact with your Google accounts (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar) through the Google API. The software does not operate any remote service — all processing happens on your machine.

User Responsibilities

  • You must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, when using this software.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your OAuth credentials, tokens, and any data accessed through the application.
  • You must not use this software in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • You are solely responsible for any actions taken through your connected Google accounts via this software.

No Warranty

This software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. The authors and contributors are not liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or its use.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the authors, contributors, or copyright holders be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption) however caused, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort, arising in any way out of the use of this software.
